Shipments to the US are sent insured, flat rate Priority Mail through USPS at $11, and usually arrive within 3 business days.

International shipments are sent through USPS and then transferred to an international carrier. International shipping is a flat rate of $25, and delivery can take up to 20 business days. You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes imposed by customs.

You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, international shipments cannot be tracked once they leave the US.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS: Because Suai pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns after your item has been made/shipped. Cancellations will be accepted up to 5 days after purchase is made, provided the item has not yet shipped. Credit will then be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Different banks and credit card companies have different processing times. If you believe an error has occurred beyond your bank’s usual processing time, please contact info@suaijewelry.com.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges or repairs to any defective item within 30 days of shipping are free except for shipping costs. Please send requests to info@suaijewelry.com, and you will be provided return shipping information. You are responsible for return shipping. Suai will cover shipping back to you.

RESIZING: Resizing is available on your Suai rings for a $40 resizing fee. Please email info@suaijewelry.com and you will be provided return shipping information. You are responsible for return shipping. Suai will cover shipping back to you.

Tracking service and insurance are recommended for returning valuable items. If your item is not received, no repair/exchange can be made.
